Well it is 80%....


Diet: 
RAW, GLUTEN FREE, SUGAR FREE, VEGAN
Avoid the following:
                Caffeine
                Sugar
                Alcohol
                Gluten
                Dairy
                All animal products


                Two days a week only liquids and only 500 calories, Intermittant fasting
                Eat every 3hrs
                Have 12 hrs between dinner and breakfast to give the digestion a break
                Cinnamon with every meal to regulate blood sugar levels

Sample menu:
On rising lemon and water, lots of herbal tea. 2 shots of ginseng.
Gym
Breakfast: Veggie juice
Snack: Piece of fruit or nuts or veggie sticks
Lunch: Green superfood smoothie
Snack: No afternoon snack, have tea instead with cinnamon
Gym
Dinner: Salad with hard boiled eggs or nuts and seeds or Green superfood smoothie or Quinoa and veggies

           

EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR BLOOD TYPE, B positive:
Foods to avoid
                Tomatoes,
                wheat,
                corn,
                lentils,
                buckwheat,
                peanuts,
                sesame seeds
                Shellfish, chicken
                Beans and legumes,
                grains and starches,
                avocados
                Persimmons, Pomegranates, Star fruit, and Prickly pear
                Cinnamon, Pepper, Sesame oil, Sunflower oil and Corn oil

Foods that work well for B type people
                Green vegetables
                Deep sea fish
                Low fat dairy,
                eggs
                Rice milk, rice bran, rice flour,
                millet,
                oats
                Onions,
                artichokes,
                parsnip
                Olive oil, flaxseed oil
                Grapes, figs, and dates can be eaten in moderation
                Goat meat, lamb, turkey, venison

Tips:
Write down all the things you eat on a typical day.
Do an itemized calorie count.
Go over the list and decide which foods to cut out or reduce.
Seek out alternatives to the unhealthy foods you've identified.
